    Immediately. Once you book, you get the intake form and scheduling link right away. Most Decodes kick off within two business days of payment.

  • What if I don't have a funnel yet?

    The Decode works for both running funnels and funnels you're about to build. For live funnels, we diagnose what's breaking. For pre-build, we define the DNA so you build the right thing the first time.

    What the Decode doesn't do is validate your offer. If you haven't confirmed people are paying for your core product or service, that comes first. We can point you in the right direction if that's where you are.

  • Can the Decode lead to a full build?

    Yes. Many Decode clients use the map as the scope document for a full funnel build — either executed with their team or as a done-for-you engagement with us.

    The map tells you exactly what to build and in what order. From there, you choose the path: DIY, team, or delegate. If you hire us for the build, the Decode investment applies toward it.

  • What if my business has multiple customer avatars?

    Every distinct avatar has its own Funnel DNA, so each needs its own map. The single Decode at $2,500 covers one avatar — usually your primary buyer.

    If you have two or more genuinely distinct audiences, we scope a multi-avatar engagement on the intake call. Two-avatar engagements start at $4,000. We'll confirm on the call whether you actually need multiple maps or whether one well-scoped avatar will cover most of your business.

  • What do I need to prepare?

    Access to your current funnel (even if it's messy), thirty minutes of your time for the decode interview, and honest answers on the intake form. If you have analytics data, traffic sources, or past funnel attempts, bring those too — but they're not required.

  • Is this a strategy session or a deliverable?

    It's a deliverable. You leave with an actual document — your 7×7 Funnel DNA map, scored and sequenced. The two calls bracket the work, but the document is the point.

    Strategy sessions are conversations that end when the call ends. This is work you keep.

  • What industries do you work with?

    The methodology is industry-agnostic — it's been shaped by work across SaaS, professional services, coaches and consultants, local service businesses, and online retail. If your business relies on a funnel to convert prospects to customers, the DNA framework applies.
